Admissions & Marketing Officer [OIL-2397]

An exciting opportunity has arisen in our admissions Office to support the institution admissions team.

This is a permanent full-time role. The institution is established with commitment to academic excellence.

There may be times where you are required to be in the office for more than five days per week, particularly during the busy results period in August and during open days where you will be paid for overtime. In addition to our competitive salary, you will receive 28 days statuary annual leave and a great benefits package including pension. Lecturer in Business and Management [OIL-2551]

Prospective candidates should be able to:
Deliver assessment and examination duties to a range of learners on our full time and part time programmes at both undergraduate & postgraduate levels.
Provide tutorial for a group or groups of students and to arrange and monitor Key Skills activities.
Liaise with Programme leader and Internal Versifier, as appropriate.
Carry out assessment, evaluation and other administrative duties in line with the module requirements.
Supervise individual/group project relating to your specialist subject major.
Attend all required departmental meetings and annual meeting with external examiners.
The position is Permanent

Full-Time : 40 hours per week, 5 day per week , Monday-Saturday with one weekday off in lieu.

Teaching qualification at level 4/5 will be desirable. We are looking for lecturer to deliver courses at both undergraduate & postgraduate level and also BTEC HNC/HND qualification. The successful candidate can either be from a Business Management teaching background or from industry with a passion to transfer existing skills into teaching. Support will be given to those looking to achieve a teaching qualification, with guidance from experienced lecturers and an induction programme.

Meeting and Events Coordinator- {OIL3349)

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
As Meetings and Events (M&E) Co-Ordinator, you will maximise revenue opportunities in the areas of Meetings and Events by driving sales leads and increasing conversions. Specifically, a Meetings and Events (M&E) Co-Ordinator will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:
• Receive and convert incoming enquiries to achieve targets and maximize revenue
• Promote and maximise the use of the meeting and events facilities, as well as any bedrooms related to meetings & events to both, leisure, and corporate clients
• Manage an events schedule to maximise yield
• Focus on a consistently executed up-selling approach
• Build strong relationships with customers to fully understand their needs
• Arrange and carry out conference, seminars, workshop and exhibitions show rounds
• Ensure the complete administration and execution of all planned events
• Participate in Institution promotional activities

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
• To ensure that all enquiries are handled effectively by phone, emails and RFPs to maximize revenue with each booking.
• To provide information to assist guests with telephone and email enquiries to the standard required.
• To ensure chases and contracts are sent out within set time-frames.
• To ensure that all enquiries are chased and traced within Salesforce to maximize revenue and ensure that the business on the books is correct and accurate.
• To ensure that all Meeting & Events files and Delphi entries are kept updated.
• To adhere to the Companies credit policy regarding Meeting & Events accounts.
• To meet & greet Conference delegates or Organiser to check on their satisfaction and the setup of the meeting rooms and hand over to the Operations Team.
• To conduct show rounds with prospective clients as and when required.
• To communicate and ensure distribution of the daily change logs, daily sheets, and signage and name cards where required.
• To distribute the BEO pack in a timely manner for the weekly Operations meeting.
• To ensure that changes made on the day are communicated to the Ops Team and the kitchen in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
• To monitor and chase any no show / cancellation documentation relating to the Events.
• Follow up on guest satisfaction levels after the event.

Orael Institute London is currently looking for a Receptionist Administrator.

The suitable candidate for this role is required to be:

• Flexible in the job responsibilities as these will vary from reception desk roles to a number of administration roles.
• Must be fluent in English language and should be able to effectively communicate with a variable group of stakeholders, such as students, staff and management.
• Should be well organised and a team player.
• Be able to plan tasks well and work under pressure.
• Be able to multi-task and prioritise task based on the level of importance.
• Be educated to at least High School Level
